		<description><![CDATA[I can&#039;t really comment on why people do what they do and since I&#039;m down here in San Francisco but it looks like you&#039;ve got someone who is a bike person putting down the nice looking rack and a non bike person doing the ugly rack. Same thing happens here with bike lanes until the bike projects here got stalled about 3 years ago.]]></description>
